I first eat Khọt cakes is in a visit to Saigon.

Bánh Khọt is one of the characteristic dishes of Vietnam.
The primary ingredient is rice flour cake-however the way Western concocted special powder to the cake taste.
Bread made from ground fresh shrimps, pork, eggs, coconut... mix Add pepper, green onions, and some other spices.

The Khọt cake is very soft when it ripe. Milky white or yellow cake is like technology-depending on how blending flour.

Each different type of bread will have different taste. I especially like the cake taste Khọt shrimp.

Many people do not eat this sauce type because it smells quite strange-smelling fermented fish. However this is also one of the unique cuisine of Vietnam.

If you are curious about how cake processing khọt I will talk about it in the post later.
And if there are opportunities to visit Vietnam, don't forget to put the cake in the safelists Khọt certain dishes to try. It will not disappoint you.
