Steemit as a coaching system

Варто зізнатися, що ведення блогу стимулює нас до нового досвіду.
It reminds me of the times when I worked as a secretary in a training company at the beginning of my carreer and tried to understand what coaching is in order to explain it to the clients. In fact, for a very long time that was a very hard question.
Це нагадало мені давні часи, коли я працювала секретарем у тренінговій компанії на зорі своєї кар'єри і вивчала, що ж то таке є коучінг, щоб мати змогу розповідати про нього по телефону тим, хто в мене питав. Насправді дуже довго це було важким питанням.
As an economist I should say that still consider coaching as a way to make healthy people come to phsycologists. Though, of course, there are no healthy people – just those who had not been examined enough.
Як економіст я все ще вважаю, що коучінг був вигаданий для того, щоб зробити і здорових людей пацієнтами психологів. Хоча звісно немає здорових людей — є ті, що недостатньо обстежені.
And coaching is a system that allows us to use our abilities at the most to gain our goals. And, of course, everybody can do it by him(her)self, but partnership allowes the progress to be quicker. Since it pushes you to create a plan, to report about it fullfilling to coach, to take responsibility to fullfill and so on.
А коучінг — це система, що дозволяє використовувати свої можливості максимально задля досягнення своїх цілей. І звісно кожен з нас може ставити цілі і досягати їх і самостійно, але партнерство дозволяє робити прогрес швидше. Тому що спонукає до складення плану, звітності коучу, взяття на себе обов'язків по здійсненню певних кроків і т.ін.
That's why this blog-platform reminds me of coaching. A wonderful system of reporting your life to a big audience. Steemit gives the inspiration and obligations to be involved in different activities for such persons as me, who likes the life to be set without changes. But nevertheless upvotes of other people inspire us to continue our activities, to tell about our interests and our life experience.
Тому блог-платформа мені про це і нагадала. Це система звітності про своє життя на широку аудиторію. Стіміт дає і натхнення, і зобов'язання по вплутуванню в різні активності для таких людей як я, що любить заведений спосіб життя і не любить змін. Але все ж таки апвоути інших людей надихають на продовження діяльності, на розповіді про свої інтереси и свій життєвий досвід.
