Trip to the Mexican Movies: VIP Section for Wonder Woman Featuring Lazy Boy Recliners
We went to the movies last night with our best movie buddy and @modprobe. We decided for the first time to try the VIP section. I took it as an opportunity to get better photos. Although I couldn't get a shot of the theater, with it's nice seats and pull out food tables, I assure you it was nice indeed. This is at the Cineopolis theater in Galerias Diana in Acapulco Mexico
We saw Wonder Woman. I could rant for hours about subliminal feminist messaging but I'll spare you for now at least. It was funny and entertaining at face value but was really strong in feminist propoganda that I've got a huge problem with.

Roof to the whole theater/building. The theater is on the top floor of a mall on the Coastera.
Sushi is on the menu. You can have sushi served while watching a movie in a recliner. No joke.
Prices are in pesos, of course.

I'd heard nothing but good comments about the movie so far, especially the positive feminism. Don't tell me there are hints of modern, counter-productive militant feminism in it? I thought they'd specifically avoided that.

I've been going to the VIP Cineopolis in Plaza Las Americas Cancun for years... wait staff, food selection, recliners and alcoholic beverages. Once you go you don't want to go back to any other movie experience. :-)
