Duckin Around, Part 5: Duck-Update
Time for duck-update everyone, here's a nice shot of our male who is now named Hugo Verde.
He's not as friendly as he used to be with me, sadly.
A rain storm nearly knocked out our small ducks, but John caught them just in time and we didn't lose any. Many of them lost their chest feathers in the process though.
See, no chest feathers on that one.
Ah ducks, forever existing in piles.

A real character head your Hugo. But why "Verde"?
His black feathers have a green hue in the sunlight. It's something I've not managed to capture yet with the camera.
Oh, ok. Yeah, its difficult to capture that on a photo sometimes.
Your ducklings are definitely looking older. Their necks are getting longer. Keep them quacking! : )
