Por que cuando hago un upvote baja el reward?

Necesito una mano! Soy nuevo con casi 2 semanas en esta comunidad, cada día estoy aprendiendo algo nuevo sobre esta grandiosa red social llamada Steemit.
Tengo una pregunta sobre algo que aveces me sucede. Por qué cuando hago upvote en algún post, aveces en vez de aumentar, lo que hace es que baja el reward de la persona a quien le hice el el upvote?
No se si tendrá algo que ver con el SP debido a que es bajo, sus respuestas son bienvenidas muchas gracias!

I have a question about something that sometimes happens to me. Why when I make an upvote in some post, sometimes instead of increase, what it does is that low the reward of the person to whom I made the upvote?
I don´t know if it has anything to do with the SP because it is low, your answers are all welcome thank you!
Esos cambios que notas en el valor de tu voto o en el valor de lo que llevas acumulado, se debe al cambio en la valoración de la criptomoneda Steem, en la que se basa esta red social.
