Djmila of setif

Jamila or Quécole , a Roman site located in the north-east of the Algerian Republic and within the territory of the state of Setif . Classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site . A beautiful city informs the cities of Numidia as a sign of the past, a city in a rugged, barren country, once covered by forests and wheat spines. It was founded at the end of the first century and reached the height of the Antonine Dynasty. The ruins are a city of well-coordinated neighborhoods. Its streets are steeped in arches and there are two public squares. The first is surrounded by the Capitol, the Municipal Council Hall, the Court and the Temple of Venus.
