The ABCD: a Great Tool for Strategic Manifesting!

I've helped many organizations and people organize and fulfill their visions and dreams. This is part of The Lovepreneur Consulting services I share.

I learned this in grad school at Sweden's Blekinge Institute of Technology, where I studied a Masters in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability.

It's super simple, like the ABC's and cultivates competency and confidentce in our creator abilities in an organized and strategic way, step by step towards the vision or goal in mind.

As spirit fills you with inspiration and direction, often not all the pieces are given at once. You're super inspired one day, and then wondering what you were even excited about the next day?! Well this has been my experience. The creative process is well, creative! not always straight forward and linear.

There's also cycles and seasons to the creation. Rhythms. Sometimes its full speed ahead. Other times, were refining, observing, asking questions, letting it rest, or simply plugging away at daily stepwise action - the practice.

Before we get to the ABCD, let's tune into a simple cycle of manifestation.

1. Awareness/Observation:

You observe, ask questions, listen, tune in, receive. This often happens many times as more of the system is revealed to you, and layers of truth come forward.

2. Activate/Prepare:

Often, there is something more to research, learn or practice. This is the gathering phase. Readying and setting the stage.

3. Manifest/Realize/Refine:

Here it's Happening. You are doing the thing. Feedback is received, like BETA, and refinement occurs. You've tested your product, have testimonials and ready to take it to the main stage.

4. Share/Integrate/Evolve:

And now, your community, customers, and clients are exchanging with you. Congratulations! Action in motion. Completion. Gratitude and Awe.

Now Begin again with Step One: Observe the new scene. Things are not the same. You are not the same. New inspiration comes through and you evolve your business... your product... or YOU!

ABCD TIME!

Ever here the phrase "everything I ever need to know I learned in kindergarten."

A = Awareness!

This is like #1. above. Come into understanding. Learn your system. Who are your clients? What is the scope of the field or dimension you are playing in?

B= Baseline

Take stock of where you are at. What are your strengths, your assets, and your weaknesses? What opportunities are presenting themselves to you? This is your baseline assessment. Be Honest. What do you have? What do you need more of?

C= VISION

What are you manifesting? What is the Vision? Where are you going?! It's also called Backcasting. Imagine your reality as you desire. Feel this in every cell of your being. Now you have a sense of what needs to happen to get you there.

D = STEPS

Now is the MISSION part. Define the Steps necessary for your success. Look at a one month timeline, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or even 5. Now set out your plan of action for your next week. I like to use google spreadsheets to keep track of progress. It feels good to see where you've been and you're going. Pat yourself on the back! Good Work!

When accomplishing your step wise strategic plan, be mindful that the actions are moving you in the right direction, provide a flexible platform for success (do not back yourself into a corner) and are providing an ROI, both in the short term and long term. You may consider your short term success by the strength and foundation your grounding in.
