Interesting information.
Some years ago, while still in the ashram in Germany, I got introduced to green smoothies, made by expensive, high-powered blenders like Vitamix and Revoblend, and there the argument was, compared to juicing you get all the fibres and the fast blades break up the cells of the greens, thereby making the nutrients much more bioavailable than if you eat raw greens, because nobody would chew them long enough to break up the cells in the way the blender does and therefore you wouldn´t get all the nutrients.
If you have no clue about science this all sounds very good and logical, but the oxydation argument also sounds good.
So I guess to be on the safe side I would have to do both.
Or as we say in German: Viel hilft viel! (A lot helps a lot!) 😉

haha,, yes the high power ones are Even worse. as the centrifugal force also messes up the vits.. oh just copy nature! it always works best ;-) nice to see you likedeeler!
