Pumpkin baked with chicken thighs
For some reason everyone associates a pumpkin only with pumpkin porridge and necessarily sweet. But this is not so, try to cook a pumpkin with various ingredients and you will realize that this vegetable can be tasty in different dishes.
I want to offer you a recipe for a baked pumpkin with chicken thighs, which you can serve on the table at the will of your household.

The first option is with meat, and the second is just a baked pumpkin.

It turns out that the pumpkin is the most ancient fruit and it was still appreciated by the natives, and it began to be cultivated in South America.
Many people know about the usefulness of pumpkins, but who does not know, I can repeat.

Pumpkin is a storehouse of multivitamins that promote good blood coagulation, improve digestion and reduce obesity.
This should be taken into account and include in your diet as many dishes from this fruit.
But not everyone likes a pumpkin, especially children. Therefore, the dish must be served so that it was primarily interesting and it would be desirable to eat it.
Many babies are fastidious and if they do not see how the dish is prepared, then it's very simple to deceive a child's view.
And if it's delicious, it will always work.
So, I suggest taking a ripe pumpkin and starting to cook.

Pumpkin Fresh - 700 g
Garlic - 2 teeth (or replace with garlic oil)
Salt - to taste
Hot sauce - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper hammers - to taste
Chicken thighs - 5 pieces
We clean the pumpkin and cut into pieces 5x5 cm. All the pieces are sprinkled with sunflower oil, add crushed garlic, hot pepper and all the salt, mix and leave for a few minutes.
If your family has children, then hot peppers can be replaced with ground sweet paprika.
While the pumpkin is being flavored and salted, we will prepare chicken thighs.
Cut the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Solim, pepper and mix well.

Put a layer of pumpkin in a glass baking sheet and lay out chicken meat on top.
We send to the oven with heating "top-bottom" for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees

The dish is prepared quickly, but be sure to look into the oven so it does not burn out.
To make the baked pumpkin elegant, use curly parsley or other herbs and always add a red note from cherry tomatoes.

Not a little important point and for diabetics who can not eat meat (or who simply do not eat it) - a pumpkin can be served individually.

This dish should be served hot, but if something is left, it is allowed to warm up and serve again. Taste is not lost, the pumpkin is not hard.
