Cookies from puff pastry "Curls"
Greetings to all!
Today I have a free day and I want to present you a simple recipe for making cookies from puff pastry.
For those who are engaged in pastries and like to mess around with flour, it's not a problem to bake something interesting and tasty.
I, on the contrary, do not have any friendship with flour, I almost do not know how to make dough, but I like to bake, but from a ready-made dough.
If I picked up flour, then in the kitchen there will be just horror, even my curious cat will look like a snowman.
So, I prefer to buy a dough, and then something to cook.
I want to present you a recipe for cookies that many people buy in the store, at a very expensive price.
Cookies "Curls". They are produced by Russian bakery enterprises and then exported to us, to Belarus.
I love the products of puff pastry, but I prefer to cook these cookies myself.

I always have a puff frozen dough.
It is very convenient when unexpected guests come to your house. Some 40-45 minutes and you are all ready for tea.
So let's try to cook delicious cookies quickly.
Ingredients:
puff pastry - 1 pack
cane sugar - 100 gr
And now we start to work.
The dough is pre-defrosted in a microwave and laid out on a cutting board.
As you can see, flour is not needed. The dough is elastic and does not stick to your hands.

We knead and roll the dough to a width of 20-25 cm and sprinkle with sugar. The more sugar, the more delicious.

On both sides along the entire length of the formation, bend 5 cm inside.

And again sprinkle with sugar.

Fold in half and a little bit so that the glued edges of the dough and sugar does not pour out. We got a long piece of dough. We cut it in half with a sharp knife and we got a curl on the cut.

Now gently, with a quick movement, cut the dough into 1 cm thick.

We take a baking tray, steal the baking paper and lubricate it with sunflower oil.
On paper fold the dough circles so that they do not touch each other.

Top with sugar on each of the future cookies.

And all this is sent to a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The puff pastry is baked quickly, but still observe that the embers do not turn out.

Our baking is ready. Can be served to the table in any form.
