Monochrome Monday and My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2019
I like posting something for Monochrome Monday as started by @old-guy-photos so I thought I would post the last picture of the series I took of the stones in the nature preserve. I'm really not sure if these are carved stones or concrete work but I really like the way the were presented and done.
I'll bet these artistic works will last a long time. I hope too that the pictures will remain accessible on the blockchain as well.
My Monday today was pretty low activity. I'm kind of recovering from doing all the activity yesterday. I did catch up on my sleep.
Today I walked the dog and did a few activities. The weather was sunny but it was breezy and a bit on the cold side.
It sounds like the AFIT token will be tradable soon, and I'm interested to see what kind price it will trade at. The markets are really tough to figure out but it seems like some of the larger athletic shoe and equipment focused companies would be interested in encouraging a social network like Actifit.

Those stones or concrete really do remind me of a pumpkin. Amazing how spring really revs up everybody's engines, yes? I have been lacking in the sleep department and it really does show in my everyday life.
I actually really, really notice it when I am wearing the fitbit also. I am wondering if mine is psychological KNOWING that I am lacking in it? Anyway, I will be taking more time and trying to be a little more cognizant of it.
There are so many new tokens coming out! I am not sure how I feel about that, but, so many are excited about the prospect. Hope you are having a great week!

Well as for tokens: "Plays disc golf for tokens," has a certain legitimacy to it as a job description. Perhaps better than, "Professional crap coin trader." Just kidding around, LOL.
All of this stuff is no new I'm not sure what to make of it all either but it sure is fun to be involved in to me. My focus has been mostly around finding opportunities that provide value while consuming less resources. At least with Actifit the token is encouraging an activity for me that I should be doing anyway, if I wish to live a healthy life, so at the very least I have already gained a benefit.

Good to hear you caught up on your sleep. I try to make sleep a priority. I find my day just goes better. Loved the look of the stone/concrete. It reminded me of a pumpkin. I had to take a second look to confirm it wasn't one.
I have difficulties sleeping and the Fitbit tracks that. It is helpful to know that in 24 hours time I do usually catch up somewhat even if I don't sleep too well at night. It seems like I'm averaging around 6 hours but got over 8 hours today. (Actually the Fitbit tracked me as asleep one time even though I was just sitting in my chair in deep meditation) It is pretty important for me to get enough sleep but sometimes it just doesn't work out well.
Wow ... that is amazing that it can tell something like that. I have the opposite situation. I generally need around 9 hours of sleep. Although today, I needed just 8. Must be the longer days.

The stone looks like a pumpkin, and indeed such decorations of the park can be preserved for a very long time. I think that with the arrival of spring everything comes to life, including the cryptors
It is starting to warm up more and getting sunny. Spring seems to be coming soon.

These sculpture on your photo are superb and look very interesting.
I am really excited to hear that the actifit token may be traded soon on some exchanges and this will really add alot of value to these tokens . Consistency is what matters most when using the actifit tracker app and which you have been doing on a regular basis 👍
I'm pleased with the progress that is being made. I'm excited about everything too and happy that this is helping me with my own consistancy. I have a tendency to like to just do sedentary activities.

Thank you! The weather here really hasn't been too bad but I need to be wearing more of a windbreaker when it is breezy and cold. I think the humidiy makes it feel colder sometimes too. This week is supposed to be sunny and warmer, so I hope to get outside more. Have a nice week too!
