Street Dance Shot
Hello Steemians,
I would like to share with you one of my favourite pictures.
This shot was taken last summer in Hamburg, as I was performing an street breakdance show.
This move is called "Invert". It is a variation of a standard handstand, where the legs bend foward while the hips balance out bending backwards. Shoulder hyperextension is required.
I oi impress your street dance photography ..Really outstanding ..Carry on dear your activity
That's badass stunt man!
This looks like it would have been a very hot day to be in standing on that pavement in Hamburg! Good time summer vybes!
So Germany's the place to be? It's funny to me to see how much dancing has evolved with the popularization of electronic music; and yet there's still nothing that beats popping, which is really one of the fundamentals of breakdancing and almost all forms of hip-hop dancing
Funny how all these styles and arts all keep blending and meshing together and nothing ever really stands still...
I bet breakdancing will be like Jazz... It may fall out of "style" but will continue evolving and growing and maturing as an art form because it truly stands out as one of the most creative and movement-focused forms of dancing to have ever been produced...
It's like ballet, calisthenics and gymnastics had a baby and it liked 90s music! Hahaha
Very cool pic bro wish I'd been there to see the performance
