Sleeping Problems : Know The Cure?

Hello Steemit!!

Now it has been more than 1:00 PM, and there is lot of chances that people will go instantly for sleeping after reading my post. But this is my guarantee that this post will come in your dreams today because it is a DNA test about your sleep!

You will be shocked to know that nowadays people are facing problems regarding their sleep. A good sleep is a luxurious gift by nature to all the human beings but I have came to know that most of the people nowadays are unable to complete their sleep the reason of which I will going to elaborate in this post.

I have collected the data based on deep research, that nowadays most of the people are facing problems because of their incomplete sleep. Scientist have gathered the information based on a test through an app across the 100 countries and the test has been done on the 6000 people across the globe.

In this study, the sleeping habits of the people were tested and the result has been astonishing that at present people are taking less rest than that of the earlier times.

In research it was found that the people of Spain are able to sleep very late at night and the average sleeping time is 11.45 PM while the people of Australia goes to bed much earlier with an average time of 10.45 PM as compared to other countries.

The people of Netherlands are able to sleep more as compared to other countries and their average time of sleep is 8:12 hours has been reported. While the people of Japan and Singapore are able to sleep very less of an average time of 7 hours 24 minutes has been reported.

The people of Saudi Arabia wake up very late as per the research at around 7:45 AM while people of America wake up much earlier with an average time of 6:45 AM. Conditions of India is also not so good when we talk about the sleeping problems, after a survey it was found that 93% of Indians are unable to take their complete sleep. These are those people who are suffering problems because of their incomplete sleep.

Scientist believes that working habits of 247 shifts, using of mobiles and the thinking of going ahead/progress from the other people has created the sleeping problems.

In the year 1950, the people across the globe used to take at-least 8 hours of good sleep while coming to the year of 2013, the average sleeping time of people has already decreased to 6 hours 30 minutes only.

Most of the people might think sleeping more is waste of time but it is not so. A good sleep is very essential for a good health and is the most valuable gift from the nature.

Scientist believe that earlier our generation used to sleep on trees because of which their was a fear of falling down from the tree the result of which the sleep was weak that time. But people started living on lands before 20,000 years ago and form their people started sleeping on beds, the new tradition was born. The decrease in the fear of falling from tree while sleeping on sleeping on the lands also increased the strengthened the good and stronger sleep. These all have been resulted as per the Evolution with time.

Scientist told that while sleep brain does not stop working rather it get refreshed. While sleeping the brain goes to House-keeping mode. Working whole day results in the production of waste materials in our body as well as brain. While sleeping the brain kicks out all these waste products from our body.

Just behind our eyes their are rice like tissues in a bunch which decides that whether the sleeping time has arrived or not. A person sleep is divided into two **NON REM and REM.

During NON REM, human body tissues get loosened, breathing and heat beats becomes slow. While the other one is REM during which humans see dream and during this instant humans breathe as well as heart beats get fasten. REM generally continues for a period of 60-90 minutes and during this state humans brain goes 3-4 times in REM* mode.
