Minar-e-Pakistan is a national monument of Pakistan and is located in Lahore. At this place Pakistan Resolution was passed on 23 March 1940 at that time this place was called Manto Park. In Pakistan resolution Allama Iqbal presented Two Nation Theory and suggested a separate and independent homeland for the Muslims and called this place Pakistan. This resolution helped Muslims to get their independent homeland Pakistan. Eventually they got an independent Muslim state Pakistan in 1947.
