Picanha marination

Hi there,

here we are again with a new post for meat lovers.

This time no BBQ, but just on the regular gas, well electricity induction for us, but it doesn't matter.

To turn on the BBQ just foe few slices of Picanha, even if I really love it, was not worth the time and effort.

In any case what worth the time was the marination, something that many people avoid but it is very important for tender the meat and enjoy it at its best.

I also love this king of raw meat macro photography where all the colors of this fantastic food can reach its peak.

Well in any case the marination was:

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • origano, chilly powder and balck pepper

everything marinated for 30 minutes and than the same oil was heated and the meat fried for 2 minutes per side.
