Eating Like God in Vietnam
Yesterday it was a bit rainy and I decided to try a Pho soup, very classic with beef.
My first try has been with organic corn feeded chicken which has been a blast.
I added lemon and a few chopped chillis for flavour.
Damn, they were really hot and next time just put them into the soup and fish them out instead of spooning them in afterwards ;-)
Conclusion: A real treat in the classic version, although I have to say that I like the corn chicken even better here. And be careful with those little Chilli slices ;-)

of course very delicious, to the seat of the restaurant is very suitable in the middle of the city of vietnam with neatly arranged chairs. pho bo soup will be more complete in taste
