The first bill on crypto-currencies: it is not a means of payment, but a barter

The Ukrainian parliament has registered the first ever bill on cryptic currencies. The initiator of the law was a group of deputies in co-operation with NGO "Ukrainian Block Association" and a consultation of miners and trading platforms.

The document is small and, most likely, will require further elaboration. Nevertheless, he offers legislative definitions for the main terms of this market, as well as some rules on which in Ukraine it will be possible to legally own property. The main thing: cryptology is not recognized as a payment instrument, but an object of property that can be changed to other goods or services.
