Elections are a tradition that is often carried out by several countries, both broad countries and those consisting of only a few islands. A leader must be chosen and be someone who will direct this country for better or for worse. Ideally, we should choose a leader who is able to bring and accept the aspirations of the people, be it an elected leader or a royal leader.

Here are some interesting discussions about the election of leaders in my country Indonesia;

Every country has its own form of government. In my country, Indonesia, the form of government is a Constitutional Republic, where state power is held by a president.

This constitutional government has been running since the beginning of Indonesia's independence until now. The president is elected through an election stage based on direct elections by the democratic people (from the people, by the people and for the people).

Currently, many forms of constitutional government have been implemented, because they are considered more nurturing, caring for the people and also more effective because they are also supported by high institutions such as;

• Legislative Institutions, namely institutions that will later be tasked with formulating laws, usually called DPR, MPR, and DPD.
• Executive institutions, which is an institution that will carry out laws such as the president to ministers to assist the president in carrying out his duties.
• Judicial Institutions are institutions that are given the right to try anyone who violates the law, such as the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.

So far this method has been more effective, every year the Indonesian government always improves the integrity of each institution so as not to be left behind in terms of government and people's lives, considering that Indonesia already has seven presidents and has held 12 elections, but there are also several states that have still uses the royal government system to this day and is also very effective.

The employed in my country method is an election method (general election) conducted by the KPU (general election commission) supervised by the General Elections Agency (Bawaslu) which is held directly with real elections of individuals who are disclosed with personal identities such as ID cards or have registered citizenship by having NIC.

Usually the election results will be witnessed by the public and counted immediately after the election is over and the results are also directly recapitulated and sent to the central government of the capital city of Jakarta. There, new data will be entered and then after all the results from the region are obtained, the final results will be announced and then ratified by the people and whoever is elected will be immediately inaugurated, complete with their cabinet.

In my opinion, the current election is still not having an effecttif, considering that there will be many mistakes and frauds that can occur such as identity fraud, witness falsification, data, and also prone to vote robbery. In addition, the funds spent are also very large, so that it will add to the financial burden of the state considering that the ballot boxes are only used once, and election papers are also wasted, increasing environmental pollution and also lack of trust so that it will cause divisions and very violent demonstrations. Horrible.

I just hope that Indonesia can also minimize this loss by following the example of neighboring countries' elections using online elections. But still, if there is no trust from all parties, then the election will end unequally. At least we can be people who dare to make decisions and are ready to accept all decisions.

Last year, in my village there was an election for a new Geuchik (village head). I am one of the residents who just decided to make a Family Card (KK) here (Matang Meunyeu) . I see that the geuchik election here is not far from the geuchik election in my hometown (Nisam).

Invitation cards are distributed by election organizers to their homes to be brought during the election. I came to the election venue and like other elections, I had to give the invitation to the organizers who would then be called to vote for the new leader candidates.

My name was called and I was given a piece of paper with pictures of potential leaders. According to the typical election in Indonesia, I must correctly vote for one of the images of the candidate for the leader. After voting I will be directed by the committee to put my election paper into the sealed ballot box and then I am asked to certify that I have voted by dipping one of my fingers into the blue ink provided.

After that I just had to wait until everyone was confirmed to vote, then the vote count was counted and watched together. Whoever has the most votes, then he will lead. Happy! That's how we will give a prayer to the prospective leader who will be sworn in later.

I can argue that this method has been effective but is still very vulnerable to anything negative. And the election went smoothly until today we still have the same village head. *** A belief is not just a sign on paper, but also a community identity. ***

I still have very little knowledge of governance matters like this, but as an ordinary person, I just want what we see and we follow according to procedures. The world of politics does have a tremendous influence and some people assume that the world of politics is a dark world.

Long ago, the selection of a leader was not based on how rich or beautiful they were and of a particular race. Leaders are appointed because they are responsible, caring and have the ability to lead and have a good attitude. Like the election of class president, after choosing a leader candidate, then we will be asked to choose that candidate by pointing his hand while closing his eyes and may only choose one leader, who gets the most votes then he is elected as class president.

Not much different from this, choosing a country's leader must also be based on will without coercion, but even though carrying out a campaign, it is a form of self-promotion so that more people are known. I agree with the current government's method of selecting leaders, but I don't agree when there are indications of fraudulent and fraudulent modes of obtaining the results.

It would be a pity if the sincere voice of the people was only used as a condition. I agree if there is a leader who will be the captain of a ship. Countries that have leaders will be more focused and also have role models to rely on.

As I have said, I am a good citizen and will participate in all social activities led by a president in accordance with the order of the Government of the State of Indonesia. So far, I have seen and experienced many things, but what is implied is not what is stated. Sometimes opinions are heard well, sometimes not at all.

When the election campaign takes place, the prospective leaders will show everything that is beautiful and will fulfill all the needs of their people, but will be very much different when they are in power. This is a big question from all over mpart of the country community.

Rights and justice will be realized when we can work together and also with heart not with money, but it is close to impossible. There are so many cases that are very unfortunate, and the people who lose big are the people.

Seeing a developed country that is able to prosper its people will certainly bring the desire for the people of other countries to also be born, even grow in that country. A good economy, a secure life, and a prosperous life are the dreams of all people including myself, but even so, I am still very grateful to be in my beloved country, Indonesia.
