Oreo Ice Cream : Healthy with simple ingredients

Today I will share the recipe and how to make Ice Cream. The ingredients are so simple. With only three ingredients, we will make ice cream with a delicious taste, creamy, savory, sweet, and very soft.
You'll love it, especially the kids. Making your food at home is healthier because it is made from selected ingredients that are certainly safe for consumption with the family. Let's take a look at the manufacturing process.
"OREO ICE CREAM"
INGREDIENTS
• 500 ml whipping cream
• 150 ml condensed milk
• 1 pack Oreo (133 g pack)
PROSES
- Combine the condensed milk and cream. Whip with a mixer until it thickens and leaves a track but not too stiff.
- Pound the Oreos, than mix the Oreos evenly.
- Put the dough in a container, then close the lid tightly, and keep in the freezer.
- Chill the ice cream in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Every 30-60 minutes, mixer the ice cream and return to the freezer. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Transfer the ice cream into a container. Chill in the freezer thoroughly.
- Scoop the ice cream into a glass. Oreo Ice Cream is ready to serve.
