Homemade healthy food: Stuffed pepper
Hi everybody!
I cook healthy food at home. I will bake stuffed peppers. It is a very simple recipe.
So, my version of the recipe
Ingredients
Sweet pepper - 3 pcs.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese - 120 g
Boiled chicken fillet or any other meat - 120 g
Milk - 100 ml
Onion green
Dill
If you want, you can add Spinach - 50 g
Salt - by taste
Step by step:
1. Cut the pepper in half, remove seeds and partitions.
2. Cut the green onions and dill (you can chop the Spinach)
3 Cut the boiled meat into small cubes.
4. Rub the cheese on the grater.
Add the green onions, spinach and boiled meat.
5.Break the eggs in a bowl, salt and whisk slightly
Lay a third of the cheese, the rest of the egg filling.
Put the pepper in a slightly buttered baking mould.
Split the egg mixture between the peppers and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
