Nice view, How do they process the fruit to extract the Coffee Beans at your Uncles farm? When I was a young boy my Uncle had a Coffee Farm near Gympie , Queensland , Australia. It was hard work to pick the red fruit and carry the heavy sacks to the shed. They soaked the fruit in water then put through a machine to remove the pulp, the green beans were laid out on racks to dry in the sun before going to another machine for polishing then into sacks to go to the coffee merchant.

thanks @stephen-somers, my plan is like that , but the most coffee berry in the farm still green, so i will wait til next month for the harvest time

So many coffe blogs on Steemit now, keep them comming! Interesting read, I should visit one here in Mexico.

Nice photos.

any kopi luwak? :-)

nice pics and article - are you going to do one on coffee beans to coffee??from your uncles farm.
