According to their inquiry, the stepwell is an exclusive edifice which reaches up 5 floors deep. It has intricate carvings and was once an essential part of the semi-arid parts of Gujarat, where they supplied water for use in drinking bathing as well washing. The wells were also sites for vibrant celebrations and sacral ceremonies.

The stepwell reflects the combination between Hindu and Islamic architectural details, owing to its unique design features which continue attracting droves of tourists. It is reported that the well’s temperature is six degrees lower than outside. The stepwell has three gates, and the steps lead to an underground level with a octagonal opening on its top.
