Sound recording pitfalls

Greetings everyone.
Today we want to tell you how we faced problems our project aims to solve. It’s a paradox, but launching a service we have to deal problems let it play should solve in a nearby future.

Today an average cost of a minute voice over acting is about 24$. Today we could buy it for 5$ due to the large orders. And we believe that when our service will work at full force it would cost less than 1$. And the studios won’t lost out, and the customers will have affordable voice over.

How is that possible? Let’s find out.

Everyone who ever made sound recording will tell you that it’s not that easy as it seems at first sight.

Even if you won’t take into consideration a voice over artist actions, about which you may have a slight understanding by simply trying to read this text out loud, then still there is a studio. It’s a costs of microphones, mixing and recording equipment, sound engineer and a recording booth. And all that costs a lot.

But the biggest problem for any studio is a partial load. That’s why they have to set that high prices.

As you can see industry representatives confirms our words. But they also points at the second important moment - time periods.

When you work with one or two studios the delays are imminent by the reasons of studio occupation, day offs, voice over actor unavailability and so on. And the gap between placing an order and having it done may be few days or more.

And now imagine that you can choose from hundreds of studios from all over the world. That means that you can place an order at any time, even in the night. And it will be done shortly.
