[Life] 저소득층 PC지원의 기억 / Memory of low income stratum PC support

지금은 사랑의 그린 PC라고 합니다.

안녕하세요. 비글입니다.

오전에 PC수리를 하러갔다가 사랑의 그린 PC라는 마크가 붙은 PC를 봤습니다. 뭔가 하고 알아봤다너 2000년대 초 부터 있었던 저소득층에 PC를 지원해주는 사업의 이름이 바뀌었더군요. 과거에 한번 사무실이 저 지원사업 PC를 설치하는 하청을 받아서 지원나갔던 기억이 떠오릅니다. 당시에는 초등학교에서 저소득층 조사 후 학교를 거쳐 PC가 나갔었죠. 그중 기억에 남는 에피소드 4가지가 있는데 적어볼까 합니다.

1. 전화를 받지 않는 너

지원PC설치는 설치전에 미리 연락을 드리고 약속시간을 잡고 설치를 갔는데 한곳이 아에 전화를 받지 않아서 학교에 연락 후 찾아간적이 있습니다. 알고봤더니 부모님 두분 모두 청각 장애인이서군요. 전화 안받는다고 엄청 욕한 기억이 있어서 더더욱 죄송스러운 기억이지요.

2. 지방도로

역시 연락이 안되어 학교로 찾아가 학생을 데리고 갔습니다. 제주시외권이라 학생이 알려주는데로 지방도로를 타고 가는데 갑자기 풀숲근처에 차를 세워야 한다고 합니다. 차를 세우고 보니 정말 부서질것 같은 건물이 하나 있고 여기라고 합니다. PC를 들고 따라 들어가니 거동이 불편하신 아버님이 계시네요. PC를 설치하는데 벽의 전기가 접지가 전혀 안되어 있는지 PC를 만질때 마다 살짝살짝 정전기가 튑니다. 아버님은 손님이 왔다고 찬물을 하나 주시고는 옆에서 갑자기 신세 한탄을 시작하십니다. 진짜 어렵게 사시는 분들 많으시다는 걸 느꼈었죠.

3. 가서 놀라지 마세요.

대체적으로 연락이 안되는 집이 진짜 저소득층이라는걸 느낀 곳입니다. 이곳 역시 학교로 찾아가 학생을 데리고 갔는데 학생의 담임선생님이 학생몰래 "가서 놀라지 마세요." 라고 귀뜸을 주시더군요.

뭔가 있나? 하고 도착한 집은 전형적인 옛날 제주도식 초가집입니다. 마당도 있고 뭐 별거 없는데 하고 학생을 따라 집안으로 들어가는데...

집안80%정도는 쓰레기로 가득 차 있습니다.

그 전에 방송에 나왔던 2층을 쓰레기로 가득 채웠던 어떤 할머니의 집처럼 가득합니다. 마루였던 자리에 거의 안나오는 TV를 학생의 누나로 보이는 아이가 보고 있었고 아버지도 계시네요. 이분 역시 장애가 있으신듯 했습니다. PC 설치할 책상이 없어서 PC 박스를 책상 대용으로 만들고 PC를 설치하는데 같이 온 학생이 창피한지 이불 속에 숨었습니다. 보통 PC오면 신나서 옆에서 쳐다 보거나 떠드는데 집을 보이고 싶지 않았던 거겠죠. 엄청 빨리 설치 후 학생의 누나에게 설명을 해주고 밖으로 나와서 살짝 울었던 기억이 납니다.

이날은 하루종일 우울한기분으로 일한 기억만 나네요.

4. 쓰레기

위와는 다른 이야기 입니다.

설치 지역이 제주시내에 하나가 있어서 찾아갔는데 아파트 단지가 나옵니다.
네. 저소득층도 아닌데 편법으로 받아낸겁니다.
이런 부정 수급에 대해서 설치하는 입장으로 뭐라 할 수 없기 때문에 그냥 조용히 설치만 하고 빠져나옵니다. 당시 기억으로 10건에 1건 정도 있던것 같습니다. 이 집이 특별히 기억에 남았던 이유는 위의 3집을 거치고 거의 마지막쯤에 설치하러 간 곳이라는 점도 있지만 설치 당시 학생의 아버지가 학생에게 했던 말 때문에 기억이 남습니다.

애한테 좋은거 가르친다.

쓰레기로 가득찼던 집을 다녀온지 얼마 안되어서 더 비교가 되서일까요. 당시 사장한테 어떻게 못하냐 하고 물어는 봤지만 특별히 뭐 조치같은것은 무리였던 기억이 납니다.

PC일을 하다보면 가끔 생각이 납니다. 위 4가지 집들은요.

특히 4번은 "저렇게는 살지말자"라는 견본이 되었네요.
어려운 집에 PC설치나 수리를 가면 뭐 하나 더 해주고 싶어지곤합니다.
오전 수리나간 집도 최소비용만 받고 더해주고 왔네요.

When I turn off the car, there is one building that is really broken and I say it here. If you bring in a PC and go in, you are obviously a disabled father. To install the PC static electricity is sneaked into the Mangilite PC, whether the electricity of the wall does not become ground at all. My father begins lamenting suddenly from the side when he gets a guest came. A real difficult house I felt that it was a maneuver.

Do not be surprised

I do not have a PC installation desk, I created a PC box on behalf of my desk and hidden in the futon whether the student who came with me to install the PC is embarrassing. Normally you would not want to see the house to watch from the side or to make a noise with fun coming to the PC. After installing it very quickly, there is a memory that we cried lightly that they explained to my older sister of the students.

On this day I feel depressed all day and I only have a memory.

There is an installation area in Jeju city and the apartment you found and came out.
Yes. It was not a low-income group, but I took it on a short cut.
Because we can not do anything about installing about such unfair receipts, we only quietly install and come out. It seems there was about 1 in 10 cases in memory of those days. The reason that this house remembered specially remembered is that it went to install at the end of most of the time but memories remain for the words the student's father told the students at the time of installation .
