Garlic Pork Fillet with Hot Potato Chips
In this video I will share a very easy recipe you can prepare at home any day of the week. It does require marinading but after that it’s ready in no time! If you prefer chicken instead of pork go ahead just as tasty. I served it with hot potato chips some pickled pepper and salad greens but you can serve it with rice or your favourite sauce etc…
You will need:
4 Slices of Pork Neck (you can use Pork Loin or Chicken Thigh Fillets)
Marinade:
400 ML Cold Milk
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic
Marinade for 12 Hrs in the Fridge
Coating:
7 - 9 Cloves Garlic
1 TBSP Salt
1 Cup Plain White Flour
10 Grams Paprika
Ground Pepper to Taste
Pork Fat or Cooking Oil Medium Heat Only (160 Celsius)
