STEAMED CHICKEN MOMO WITH SPICY CHILLI!!
I had this momo while I was roaming around Basantapur Durbar Square, Kathmandu. This was by far the most tastiest momo I had in my entire life. The shapes of dumpling were amazing. The chutney was made by grinding red dry chillies with salt and Sichuan pepper. They served it with cabbage leaf (though I am not sure which leaf is that) to give it fresh and delicious smell. It was an expensive about 2$ and only 6 pieces but considering the quality and taste, it is satisfactory. On average, it costs about 1.5$ per 10 pieces of chicken momo in other hotels and restaurants.
