For disabled people, oceans remain a natural resources for observation only. Meet SeaTrac, a wheelchair that operates on solar energy and helps disabled people to swim on ocean.
Beside no assistance is required to operate the wheelchair. It can operate upto 30 times a day. The product is easy to install without requiring any electricity because its always sunny in beaches.
Ramp built with wooden planks help wheelchair to move over sand. Installation of wheelchair doesn't cause damage to the environment. Incredible product for disabled people to spend leisure time.
SEATRAC is basically composed by a fixed track mechanism in which a wheel chair can be moved in and out of the water. SEATRAC’s utilizes solar energy as its only power source.

Watching the video, I thought he's going to swim with the SeaTrac but no. He swam away from it which made me nervous. It looks dangerous if the current pulls the disabled away from SeaTrac.
Actually, I wonder how he swam in the first place if his feet are the problematic ones. Can swimming be with the hand movement alone?
Hey it can be installed to certain depth as per requirement of user. S/he can enjoy swimming sitting in the chair or if they are able to swim then they can leave their chair and swim.
Well, that is not on the video so I kind of get hesitant about the wheelchair. Anyway, congratulations on being the top 1 hunt yesterday. 😊
Fyuh, I must bow to you @leoumesh
I'm sure you need a long time to find this hunt. It's beyond reason, unique, just FANTASTIC hunt for me today.
I'm sure someone who can't walk / move his legs really wants to feel what it's like to dive in water (because of their shortcomings limit it). With this, boost their spirit to live.
And,,, i am sure the team behind that project already find out the safest way to do that.
Hey thanks for your comment @calprut. It took me 2 hours to find this hunt frankly speaking.
LOL :joy: that's it :joy:, that's why its deserved TOP 1 today.
Keep it up!
This is a very unique and innovative product from the team of Tobea. A wheelchair which is powered by solar energy and has the capability which allows the disabled people to swim is unbelievable and SeaTrac has made this possible. This is like a dream come true product whereby enabling the disabled to explore the outer world beauty and enjoy life. Nice hunt friend..and thanks for sharing such a unique product definitely a highly recommended product.
Thanks @gungunkrishu for your humble comment. Appreciate it :)
Looks very useful and neat, but still I wouldn't use this without surveillance, because of the slow pace of the system. If the weather turns around or the waves become bigger, this could cause a problem for immobile people. Still, it is a great invention! Good hunt
Congratulations...!

Really awesome idea!
Excellent hunting, I love this kind of invention, that a person with a disability will not be a problem, we have seen several very technological wheelchairs that facilitate each more the development of the people who use it without the help of another person , going to the beach with a wheelchair is usually very annoying, and the person with disabilities can not enjoy it like the rest, SeaTrac is going to change that, it is a fixed-track mechanism in which a wheelchair can move inside and out of the water, without the help of another person and only uses solar energy, for always it will work.
Thanks for your long comment @carlos3332018. Really appreciate that you read my every line :)
Beautiful innovation to allow people with disabilities to enjoy the beach and a swim autonomously with this system SeaTrac. And also sustainable system using only solar energy. Great, I hope to see this in North America, not only Greece. Thanks for sharing it @leoumesh
Thanks for your comment @heroldius. I hope North Americans will bring this project there.
I really like this concept, it is gratifying to help and see how this type of invention helps people with disabilities, now we can enjoy the beach equally. Feeling integrated into the activities is a great help for these people, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your comment :)
