I again felt sudden burning in my stomach to have dumpling so badly because I loved it and dumpling used to be part of my afternoon lunch 5 times a week while working in office. So again I decided to prepare dumpling on my own again. You can see, its my second time I am preparing myself.
The shape of dumpling is not very good, I still lack skill in making the shape. Nexttime, I will rather YouTube and see how to make the shape for layman. Or, the next solution can be buying the device to make the dumpling shape. Its very convenient and gives you excellent shape. The only problem with this device is your mashed flour gets wasted. They are very cheaper, around 0.45$.
Accompanying momo with seasame pickle plus coke. Amazing combo.
