Ship em out! - Painting Delivery
And so another painting start's journey to a new home, a quater of a world away.
This series has proven to be quite popular, but I think I have moved on from it... maybe. I have so many other painting projects to attend to, that I can't really bring myself back to these unless it is commission as this one was.

I always find myself sort of returning to themes I have enjoyed in the past, so you never know, you might be making another series of trees before you know it :)
The idea is not dead. When the time is right I have another iteration that will build upon this.
It's a beauty! Congratulations on the commission sale. That is always a good boost for the self esteem. I hope they send you a picture of it hanging in its new home, so you can share it with us.

So, yes, if the new owners agree, I'll post the photo. We have to wait a week or so for it to arrive at their doorstep.
