Today, I went back to office to work there. We were asked by our boss to attend a talk about employee welfare and what the company can offer as support for its staff during the COVID crisis, especially in the area of mental health. It was a good day being back at the office, though I still prefer the comfort of our home, and the two extra hours of sleep that I get.

Here is my light dinner for tonight... two pieces of bread with custard filling and slice of cheese on top, and a couple sticks of Filipino barbeque.
