My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019
It was a very inactive end of the week. After attending mass, we spent most of the day at a friend's house and just basically binge-watched afterwards. It felt good though, rewarding myself a day to unwind and relax.
This is Marmite, New Zealand's answer to Oz's Vegemite. It is a spread made from yeast extract. While this type of spread is very popular in Australia and New Zealand, I have yet to teach my Filipino palate to appreciate and use it as a spread on toast.
