Its definitely not the same in phuket. I was there about 5 years ago and the ladies were all over us right outside the bars even. Not that i went there looking for sex though since i am gay. I was there with my boyfriend and the men didnt come on to us even half as bad as the women did.....lol.
interesting never been to Phuket.
