Steemit is a social media platform where everyone gets paid for creating and curating content. But not only getting paid, you can build a strong relationship, be a good writer and be creative by thinking outside the box.

Motive explained by Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionary & Thesaurus means reason for doing something.
Our motives dictate where we find our pleasures. But when it comes to pursuing those goals, life so often presents difficulties.

In my own view, there are two kinds of motive I've come to discover in steemit toward our fellow steemians: Positive and Negative motive. Let's take a look at it one after the other.
Positive motive: Good intention towards steemit and steemians. It Involves 100% upvote, comments, encouragements, support
Negative motive: Critizing peoples work at all times, ignoring, discouragement, envy, greed
"If you're against globalisation, it doesn't achieve much
by sort of bombing the head offices of Shell or Nestle.
You unsettle people much more by blowing up an Oxfam
shop because people can't understand the motive."
J. G. Ballard

Now back to us:
People join steemit for many reasons as earlier mentioned. Some to be successful financially while to some, is for fun and keeping them occupied. What ever your motives are, let us try make it peaceful and loveable community.

As a steemian, what are your motive towards this platform?
Remember, your motive should be for EXCELLENT, nothing more.

I'm not a good writer but I hope its worth reading and will shape us toward the growth of this community.

Thanks for your time
