A boy, about 12 years old, lived on a farm with his father and older brother. While they were working in the field, the child was dragged by a beast - resembling a scarecrow - with such a brutal force that, no matter how much help the child requested, it could not be rescued. In the eyes of his father and brother, that strange phenomenon embraced him and took him to the infinite of heaven.
This strange subject appears every 23 years and during 23 days it feeds on human beings.
23 years passed ...
An immense yellow school bus transported through the main street of that immense field. He had a basketball team from Bannon High School with his three cheerleaders on board.
The bus had a flaw in the road. One of the tires had been pierced by a strange spur of bones. The driver of the unit and two coaches of the team went down to solve the incident while the boys remained inside the bus. Then, some got off to stretch their legs, urinate, smoke and again received the order to board the transport to continue the road.
Night fell...
Another bone spur attacked another bus rim. The driver and the trainers went down to see what had happened. The boys stayed inside. One of the trainers began to place flares of light on the road to be guided and try to follow the fate when suddenly a huge beast with wings took the teacher to the air. He was the first victim of this group.
Later and again in full view of everyone, he took the other coach and the bus driver.
Only the boys remained. Completely alone Homeless.
Who was going to help them?
One of the girls had a revelation and it was that the devil was going to take the lives of those he chose and that every 23 years he would feed again with the life of humans.
Suddenly, the beast appeared again and with a smile behind one of the glasses of the bus, was choosing its next victims. Terror embraced the boys!
One of the young people began to ask for help through the radio transmitter they carried on the bus and received a response from a man who tried to help them but the boys did not find the exact address. They just said they were on East Street 9.
Despair won, fear lurked and the beast prowled around.
The Devil took the lives of other young people on the team. Three of the other boys ran away from the ferocious beast.
In full flight, they found an abandoned truck. To their surprise, this one had the keys and they decided to start it. One of the young people, mounted in the back of the truck but the beast accelerated his step, causing the car to overturn, causing the death of the young man driving and the expulsion of the other who came in the back.
This boy suffered a severe wound in his leg that prevented him from walking, however, The Devil who had also suffered some impacts, he tracked where the boy was and when he got it, they began to struggle when a harpoon shot pierced the beast falling in one stroke.
It had been saved by the Lord and his son, whom the beast snatched from his other son 23 years ago. This same man found some boys on the bus and together they started looking for the rest of the team, when they found the beast trying to kill one of the young people.
The lord spent 23 years creating a powerful weapon to take down The Devil. The boys, because of the revelation that one of the cheerleaders had had, could not believe that this ferocious beast had finally been destroyed.
But ... another 23 years went by, three young people came to the field and ...
