The Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, PhD, attended the closing of the second plenary meeting of the second session of the Bireuen DPRK for the 2023/2024 session, in the context of submitting the Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) of the Bireuen Regent for the 2023 fiscal year.

The Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, in her remarks at the plenary meeting held by the DPRK and chaired by DPRK Chairman Rusyidi Mukhtar, S.Sos accompanied by Deputy Chairmen Syauki Futaqi, SFil and Aida Fitria and attended by related officials said.

The Bireuen Regency Government expresses its thanks and appreciation to the esteemed leadership and members of the council who have worked hard to discuss, study and examine the material for the Bireuen Regent's LKPJ for the 2023 fiscal year. Submission of this LKPJ is essentially the pinnacle of accountability for the implementation of government duties, development and community development.

Through this report, the public accountability of a regional head is tested, so that the public can find out to what extent the regional head is able to carry out the mandate entrusted to him as well as possible.
In order to build a tradition of responsible politics, submission of this report should be a mandatory agenda at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with applicable regulations.

"I hope that time discipline in submitting the LKPJ needs to be maintained, this is considering that the essence of the LKPJ is that the regional head describes the performance that has been achieved as an embodiment of the implementation of the community's mandate," said Acting Regent Aulia Sofyan, at the meeting also listening to recommendations from the Golkar faction , Aceh Party faction, PKS, PPP and PAN faction, Juang Bersama faction.

Chairman of the Bireuen DPRK, Rusyidi Mukhtar, S.Sos said, according to the agenda for today's meeting, namely the closing of the second plenary meeting of the second session of the Bireuen DPRK for the 2023/2024 session year in the context of submitting recommendations from the Bireuen DPRK factions regarding the Bireuen Regent's LKPJ for the 2023 fiscal year.

The Bireuen DPRK has formed the Electoral District Working Group to conduct research, field inspections and discussions on the Bireuen Regent's LKPJ in order to produce recommendations. "Therefore, at the closing ceremony of this plenary meeting, it is necessary to convey recommendations from the Bireuen DPRK factions regarding the Bireuen Regent's LKPJ for the 2023 fiscal year," he explained.
