Never talk to strangers
One of my favourite Russian writers is Mikhail Bulgakov. He had a harsh life and a hard way in literature as a writer. But his heritage is worth reading and his books are source and reason to live, to create, to love for millions of people.
He created lots of plays and stories, novels and scenarios for the greatest Moscow theatres... My favourite book of Bulgakov is the story "White Guard".
But the most famous Bulgakov's novel is "Master and Margherita". "Manuscripts do not burn"... It is the phrase from the novel about LOVE, FORGIVNESS, EVIL and KINDNESS, HUMANITY...
What does it mean " Manuscripts do not burn" ??? it is impossible to destroy good literature, good literature will live on despite oppression and find its way to the reader.
Bulgakov's books found their way to readers. Many decades after writer's death they found the way...
Now in Moscow there is Bulgakov's Museum in Sadovaya street. But the most important and precious that millions of people read and love Bulgakov, not only in Russia.
I will write a proper article about life of Bulgakov and about his novels, plays and stories. And about great Soviet films that were made by genious directors ...
Today i wanted to tell about another monument...
It's a kind of a street sign. It 's dedicated to Bulgakov's heros of "Master and Margherita" novel. It is called "Never talk to strangers"...
This sign stands where the action of the novel started in Patriarch Ponds and more and more people could be interested and remember Mikhail Bulgakov and the novel of his life.
Never talk to strangers...
This sign says literally "You must no talk to strangers"
