I always listen to music when I run. I never use a pulse watch, so I have actually no idea where my pulse is while running. The pulse in the music you listen to when running affects the rate of your pulse, so I listen to different kind of music when I run, depending on the way I feel physical. Anyway, today I share a song I like running to sometimes.
