number of followers.” there are quite a number of leaders who have followers but seems not to be leading the followers to any direction or place.
many a times, a leader himself is not being led. a leader is suppose to be flexible so he could be led himself ,talking about religious leaders It is a shame when a leader is unwilling or unable to be led of the Holy Spirit. It is a huge loss of potential to the Kingdom. As well, those who want to follow that leader become discouraged as realise that their believe or strong notion about their leader were wrong .

A leader who is not led by God who could not lead his people out of foreseen problems,sone one who is unable to take a risk and always stagnant in the face of difficult situations and waits for a perfect time to react ,will never advance to any place because their will always be a hindrance between where he is and where he ought to be. the case of Moses and Israelites are a good examples of people who had a clear vision of where they felt God was leading them. They found that there were going to be hindrances and a lot of obstacles to face before their arrival to the promised land.

Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the willingness to face your fear and move forward in spite of the uncertainty or risk.
