Wonder Method - Intermittent Fasting!
I heard from a method which I am testing by myself. It's called Intermittent Fasting.
Intermittent Fasting is a relatively new method which was researched at human bodies in 2007. This Fasting method is a periodical variety between eating and fasting in fixed time windows.
The body will absorb the nutrients in a much more efficient way because it will be in a state where it thinks it needs everything it gets.
That's the trick about this method. You all heard about the Jojo-Effect, that's pretty the same. The difference is that we use these mechanics the body has to take the best advantages out of it! :D
At the beginning, you will think it's hard to maintain, but the body will get used to it in about 2-3 days. Stay strong in this short time.
The ratio of not eating and eating is 16:8. You don't take anything than water, tea or black coffee to your body (without sugar ofc) for 16 hours. The rest of the day, 8 hours, you can eat again. But don't cheat and eat as you would eat your last meal :D
You will experience a much higher concentration after a short time with clear thoughts and more focuse

You will gain muscles more easily because this method lets your body pour out Human Growth hormones naturally (don't tell the muscle industry!:P ).
You will lose fat WITHOUT losing muscles, so it's perfect for the beach body!
It is a way more natural method than you maybe think, because in the past people were not used to eat daily. That's why the body has still such a system. You can choose to not eat for e.g. 14 hours, but be clear that this will minimize the positive effects!
If you do sports while intermittent Fasting the body will take the energy out of your fat and build the food into your body as muscles (If you eat the right food of course -> protein). It's more efficient if you eat the most of your calories AFTER the training! The body will
absorb it much more because it needs the food at most in this time.
As everything in life, you don't get the best things easily. You have to work for it :D
But some techniques are better than others.
Your body will regenerate much better from oxidants and other toxins, too, which will maintain your youth.

I've been doing IF for 1.5 year now and I really like It. I struggled the first week, but it's all mental! Now that I'm used to It I will never come back!

This fasting method is very good, it's similar to the muslim Ramadan. I tried it on my own, i fasted about 36 hours in a row. The other days of the week, i just ate normal. I lost about 25 kg in 4 month.
I also got away my problems with sugar/diabetes :)

Interesting method ,-) i would be your male cheerleader lol I remember all kind of nutrition methods as i went to the gym. I have always avoid the supplement stuff but it's another subject. The purpose is chocking the habits of the body in a very long term and give to your body what it needs depending of your goal, you have great results ! Have a very sweet day, lena ,-)

I'm going to do more research into intermittent fasting, and maybe have a go!
at the beginning it is a bit hard, but after a while you will feel much better :)
