Aqua Flames!
For some reason, ever since I saw these types of "frozen in time" photos, I always wanted to do one! Now that I have a DSLR, I did! Going through my collections for the day I took the photos with this one, there are dozens of this same rock. I could't get that right amount of wave breakage if you know what I mean, maybe my timing was off. I finally got this one, with which I was satisfied! The rock colours and ocean colours go really well together almost as if intentionally separated by the white of the breaking wave. It looks like flames of water! Beautiful oxymoron!
I'm envious of your DSLR. Great photo! Photography is one of my hobby and I can relate with not getting the shot you desire everytime.
It gets frustrating! Its comforting to know im not the only one!
