Details
A logo proposal that is primarily logomark. The aim is to follow the rule of either a logotype or a logomark and in which case i choose to follow the logomark creation of coinguide logo design.

Coinguide is a webapp that aims to keep crypto traders up to date about their portfolio holdings. It guides them in a way that it informs about the current popular coins within a time period. This is done by algorithimically going through the order book to know the buying and selling rate of the coins/tokens.

Logo Elements

Guide
Apparently a compulsory element in "search related" logo design. Drawing inspiration on that was a no-brainer and it clicked perfectly into the general idea

Magnifying Lens
This is used to indicate search for the coins that traders will be updated with

Coin Symbol as represented by the circle
Just as it implies, the logo design is incomplete without thesymbolic representation of coin

As it represents coinguide.

Benefits

The logo apparently is the definition of minimalism. It is responsive on any type of background and less crowded despite the elements it contains. The elements are just subtle while also creatively depicting the whole message of the brand's aim, mission and vision.

Tool
I created the Logo using Corel X7, which is one of the vector based software that effectively creates good job of logo designs and other vector jobs. It allows for scalability as well.
