Daily Digital Art Post
Hello everyone,
Welcome to my daily art Post.
I post graphic art work done by me on a daily base. With steps and highlights of how to graphic a similar work.
I did a 3D model of a bread and knife on a carrier.
All of the art works are from single stroke lines drawn using the pen tool.
Bread
Knife
Carrier
Then they are individually extruded to 3D objects. Note that the shapes of the strokes determines the results of the extrusion. Photoshop can't do the modelling work for you. But it can give you a balloon shape (extrusion).
Bread
Brown works very fine but you must pay attention to sides as to show different shades.
Knife
The knife was a bit tricky as you have to show the stainless part and handle with colouring.
Carrier
Circular objects are a bit easy, as you just have to extrude your object 360 degrees horizontally.
Then after getting individual shapes, it is then merged together to form a single layer.
Then lightening the environment is necessary. I want a scene where the light will fall heavily on the bread showing different soft and burnt areas.
Giving the final result, I then added a nice background.
