The American Ghetto - A Democrat stronghold.

The democrat way of doing things to blacks has created, in virtually every American inner city, high crime ghettos with a toxic dehumanizing culture in which live a dependent underclass of people who've been robbed of their dignity and initiative and their hope for a better life. Black America is right in believing the 'system' has failed them. The system itself dooms them to failure. The system designed by democrats and instituted in the Great Society created a whole set of perverse incentives which ripped apart black families and rigged the wholesale slide into the abyss of poverty, drugs, crime, sickness, and ugliness. But the very party which rigged the system now says "you ain't black unless you vote democrat." The Left is eager to encourage and legitimize the violence and crime in these riots, but of course the looting, burning, and violence only furthers the slide into the abyss.

The Left broke it. We must fix it. It is precisely now that the republican party needs to show a way out. -A way out that works. A way out that treats Black America with dignity but which doesn't tolerate crime, racism or barbarism, and inspires them to become a part of a real positive solution rather than democrat way of merely fashioning them into just another victim whose identity is not personal and unique but rather as merely a member of a race and a class who can be pandered to in exchange for a vote.

This Project must be a multifaceted initiative which accomplishes clearly defined goals of fixing the police departments and rooting out corruption and severely punishing brutality, strengthening marriage, improving education opportunities, reducing crime and recidivism, increasing sustainable home ownership, nurturing hospitable business environments, effective job training and drug treatment, personal wealth management incentives, and cultural redemption. -In short, the deproletarianization of the American ghetto. The Project must use positive incentives to growth rather than subsidizing failure. It must champion success stories and encourage community cooperation. It must also must be liberty-based and not coercive. It must be voluntarily chosen by the community. And finally, it must be entirely privately-funded by a far-reaching alliance of individual, business, and charitable contribution.

Initially, the Project will be dangerous to the courageous who step forward to lead it, but its good intentions, its truth, and its efficacy will soon become clear and it will soon be embraced as a viable alternative.
