How to learn to express your thoughts clearly

1. There is one fun exercise. Take some home item, such as a frying pan and try to talk about it in beautiful literary language for 5 minutes. At first, this process will cause you obvious difficulties, but each time everything will be easier. Gradually increase training time and complicate the topic. These workouts will help you in a short time to learn how to choose the right words and you will have an opportunity to talk about this frying pan for an hour without ever repeating yourself in phrases.

2. Try to exclude from the speech parasitic words: "well," "in general," "like", "well this", "damn", etc. Try not to express strong emotions in a conversation. Use simple phrases, take your time.

3. Be sure to monitor the pace of speech. Monotone speech causes an insane sense of boredom. Hold a pause and select certain moments with emotions, but not strong ones.
