What Is Effective Time Management?
Effective time management is not about doing things better and faster. It is not related to any methods, devices or tactics. In addition, it is not about organizing a task in a particular way either.
It is all about how to put things first. In hence, we have aligned it with our goals to True North. We must give a priority to our directions and mission in our life. The main purpose is to take control of the events that matter most in our lives.
Personal Mission
Happiness appears and comes with us when we accomplish our personal mission. Live a full-time life and accomplishments of what we really want.
How many of us have a a death wish to spend more time in our office?
It is easy to work hard and harder to climb the staircase of success until we discover this is not what we really wanted. It is recommended to ensure the staircase we lean on is the correct path before climbing it to our success.
My Personal Mission (Example)
- My mission is to GIVE. From what I give, I can do my best and learn to do better.
- I strive to LEARN. Learning is a basic growth and the key to all living things. I must learn to grow.
- I seek to UNDERSTAND first. Each and everyone has its own value. The value is a basic respect, decision, and action. To find the value I must ACT first to understand.
- I want to INFLUENCE. To create a better future for our children, I play an important role in development, people, and organization.
- I decide to TEACH. To help everyone to learn and grow beyond our current boundaries. To create a better community to love and laugh.
