How to ;
- If you apply for power down, it will power down after 1 hour 100% STEEM.
- If you apply for power-up, it will power-up 10 days after application.
- Allows you to cancel your application at any time during power-up.
- Allows power-up applications from shaving accounts.
Capital hates redemption.

if you would like to have 1-hour power down period... there is no point of having Steem Power at all.
Without steem power, inflation and curation rewards are excluded.
