A day without joke is boring. Just like coffee without sugar is tasteless. Laughter is the best medicine. When you laugh your body were start to release a type of hormone call endorphin.
According to the Cambridge dictionary endorphin is a chemical naturally, released in the brain to reduce pain, that in large amounts can make you feel relaxed or full of energy.

I still remember a very funny joke was shared during the annual gathering by one of my buddy on September 30th. I can't stop laughing hearing this joke. Let me share with you this joke.

A husband had a big quarrel with his wife and both refused to talk to one another. Two days later, the husband had to attend to an important appointment early the next morning and he needed the help of his wife to wake him up. He was thinking so hard how to let the wife know. He was too proud to talk to his wife , so he wrote a memo and put on his wife's dressing table , " Wake me up at 6:30 am tomorrow."
The next day when he woke up , he was shocked to realise that it was already 8:30 am. When he confronted his wife why she did not wake him, the wife pointed him to a memo that she wrote, next to his memo on the dressing table. It read, " It is 6:30 am. Get up ! "
