The Fence of Temper.

We better never trust our tongue when our heart is bitter.

Give me a chance to share here the story I heard during my school years. This is just a short story yet the point it conveys is perfectly clear.

There used to be a young man with a terrible temper. His dad gave him a pack of nails and told to him that each time he lost his temper, he should pound a nail in the back fence instead of take it out on other individuals.

On the first day, the kid drove 37 nails into the fence. As the days passed by, however, the quantity of nails step by step dwindled down. He found out that it was simpler to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.

At long last the day came when the kid didn't lose his temper by any stretch of the imagination. He told his dad about it, and the father proposed that the kid presently haul out one nail for each day that he could hold his temper. The days passed, and the young man was at long last ready to tell his dad that every one of the nails were no more. The father took his child by the hand and drove him to the fence.

He stated, "You have done well, my child, and I'm exceptionally glad for you. Be that as it may, take a gander at the gaps in the fence. The fence will never be the same. Keep in mind that when you say things in outrage, your words leave a scar simply like this one. You can put a blade in a man and coax it out, and it won't make any difference how often you say 'I'm sorry’, the injury is still there. A verbal injury is as terrible as a physical one, and it would even worse sometimes.”

The story above clearly tells us to remain calm and we should not be carried away by it. Consequently, on the off chance that we can't remain calm, our temper will control us. Truth be told, feelings are simply part of our being, not the other way around.

Whenever we can't control what's happening, let's challenge ourselves to control the way we respond to what's going on. That’s where our power is.

Yes we must control ourselves to avoid into trouble. Because a man with high temper will always encounter difficulty in controlling their emotions

so true @liamnov. Some troubles are just because of uncontrolled emotions.
