Broiled Pork Ribs Menu | 50% Rewards to sf-charity
Happy blessed Wednesday everyone!
It is just like any other day this is somehow a special day for me for some reasons. With that, I prepared a little meal for my household.
Early in the morning, I bought 1 kilogram of pork ribs from the nearby fresh meat market. Whenever I need pork meat, I just always run to their store for I know they are only selling fresh meat.
- When I arrived back home, I cleansed the meat with water. Since we are just 3 in the family, I just took a portion of the meat I bought for our breakfast.
- Afterwards, I marinated the meat for 15 minutes with soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic and seasoning.
- After 15 minutes of marinating and was about to have it broiled, I put a little of condensada, instead of sugar, to have it sweetened a bit.
- I had the meat arranged inside the turbo broiler. I set the heat to 175°C for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, I flipped the meat with the same settings of heat and duration. You may extend the time for your desired result.
- After all the quick and easy preparation, here is my menu for the day. Grab one and try to tase it. This is one of my favorite home cooked menu.
One good thing of having turbo broiler for the process is, the oil of the meat itself dripped drown to the container and so it is separated from the yummy desired cooked meat..It would be your choice too if you are going to take the juice with the oil when you eat. It adds surely to the taste but if you are health conscious, you may prefer to just disregard its juice to the container for it is oily.
