Sweet Silence at Coffee & Pine - Baguio City
Coffee and Pine is one of the cafes here in the City of Pines where you get to enjoy what Baguio City used to be and how it is supposed to be. Situated in the midst of where pine trees still grow abundantly, you feel the cool breeze and save the cars passing by, silence. This is beside the road but not that busy road so, moments of peace can be enjoyed here.
To best experience the view, come here when there is enough light on a good day. Spend the afternoon here and relax.
Stepping into this quaint cafe, it is like entering a wonderland of some sort. There are knick-knacks here and there, tables and chairs that were mismatched, books, quotes, decors of old and present, etc. How small the cafe is but how lots of things going on.

I like the lighting they used here. It can be a good venue for photoshoot.
We like their cakes because it is delicious and well baked. The taste is not that sweet. Their beverages are the ones that are sweet. I have not tried their cold ones yet because the times we were there, it calls for hot drinks. Their blueberry cheesecake is not the best but it can compete with those that I have tasted. I like their matcha coffee here because it is done well bccause the after taste of bitterness is minimal unlike what most cafes serve.
Not only do they serve cakes and coffee but also sandwiches and pasta. Serving is enough for sharing. Food tastes good, too. It's not something extraordinary but for the price, it is worth it.
I like the colorful cups they have. I am quite certain there are no cups of same color.
All in all, this is a good place to spend some time alone and also hang out with friends. If you are looking for affordable place to eat and to relax with friendly and polite staff, then come here at Coffee and Pine, located away from the noise of the city.
Coffee & Pine is located at 26 Outlook Drive, Baguio, City. This is beside Picarre and Le Vain near Cafe Adriana. They are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
